PKE Meter ver13
My 13th version of custom PKE Meters features several LEDs: a static red and green LED on the front panel, a static amber LED in the red scanning arm, a color changing LED behind the viewscreen and a series of 4 blue LEDs at the top that flash in random patterns. I made a custom leather holster for it too.
