Frenzy Version 2

Here is a repainted 6 inch Robot Replica of Frenzy version 2! I really loved this sculpt and had fun painting him the first time. My wife recommended I do another but make him more of a shiny metal than last time when I used aluminum paint. I decided not to sculpt close his chest but leave it open for storage of his bladed CD which is included. It's not permenantly in there either, there's a button on his back you press to pop it out. Also, I decided to give him a mini Allspark as well as the Allspark base, but instead of sculpting it using a layer of Aves Clayshay over a wooden base I carved it out of the wood itself which I think turned out nicely.

Paints used:
- Testors Model Master Acryl Gunmetal
- Testors Model Master Acryl Flat White
- Testors Model Master Acryl Aluminum
- Testors Model Master Acryl Ford Engine Blue
- Tamiya Acrylic Clear Blue
- Tamiya Acrylic Copper
- Tamiya Acrylic Metallic Blue
- Games Workshop Chainmail

Frenzy was first base coated in Gunmetal then drybrushed with Chainmail. His gun arm was given the same treatment. His eyes were first painted Ford Engine Blue, then a smaller ring of White was added that was then covered in Clear Blue to give it a glowing effect. And lastly, the mini Allspark and base were done with the same process as his body, but I used some light drybrushing of Tamiya Acrylic Metallic Blue and Copper for highlighting. Oh and, the base was also blacklined in the bigger grooves and some areas were darkened a bit with Model Master Acryl Aluminum.
