Frenzy
Here is a repainted Robot Replica version of Frenzy! He is now metallic with chrome highlights. He also has an interchangable gun arm as well as a custom made mini Allspark cube and stands tall on his custom Allspark base. His front torso had a huge gap in it for storage of the chunky blade CD that came with him but I thought it looked ridiculous so I used Fixit Sculpt to fill it in and left a small opening like it should be. The mini Allspark is carved from a small wooden block, while the Allspark base is sculpted using Aves Clayshay.
Frenzy was first base coated in Tamiya Acrylic Chrome Silver. A wash was then done with Testors Model Masters Acyrl Flat Black. Testors Model Master Acryl Aluminum was then drybrushed on. Finally, the Chrome Silver was used again to highlight the edges. His gun arm was given the same treatment. And lastly, the mini Allspark and base were done with the same process, but I used some light drybrushing of Tamiya Acrylic Metallic Blue and Copper for highlighting. Oh and, the base was also blacklined in the bigger grooves and some areas were darkened a bit with Model Master Acryl Steel. Whew.
