Ecto Goggles ver15
For version 15 I decided to try something a little different. I had spent some time looking at other possible color schemes for things like the Ecto Goggles that would still fit the Ghostbusters look. Behold, a nice "caution red" which I think turned out really well. The body is a hard plastic and the knobs all turn. The lights I did differently from my typical arrangement; two blue on the right and 3 small red on the left. They are all static and run off of a 9volt installed on the inside. Foam was added to the inside rims for comfort and the decals are all designed in Photoshop and printed on vinyl.

- Krylon Fusion Satin Black
- Krylon Gloss Banner Red
- Createx Pearl Silver

Tamiya Acrylic Flat Black
- Tamiya Acrylic Chrome Silver
First a basecoat of Satin Black which helped to darken the next coat of Banner Red somewhat. The lenses are then airbrushed Flat Black and the end of the right lense is Pearl Silver. Chrome Silver was drybrushed on for weathering and the whole assembly was sealed with a matte Acrylic Sealer.
